If you want I can also do the the editing and formatting and get rid of any areas where the speaker gets tripped up, lose the umms and bridges between sentences, etc. I will also eliminate sentences beginning with "and" "so" "but" "well", etc. Remove filler words, jargon such as "you know" "um" "oh" "well". Make sentences complete with start and end. Change run ins and excessive commas in one sentence to multiple sentences if necessary. Change "gonna" to going to, "wanna" to want to, etc...
