Copy-and-paste content between websites

We need to move about 200 pages and 100 directory listings from one site to another. The site is lakelanier {dot} com. We need to move everything that is NOT in the "News & Blogs" area of the site. Everything under "Activities, "Attractions" and more must move. Your task is to move all of the content into a WordPress site as pages Very important: all of the pages must keep the same URLs or have redirects in place to send the old URL to the new. Please don't bid if you don't understand WordPress permalinks and can't move the URLs accurately.
