I have 30 emails that came from an online sign up form. The body of the emails look like this:

h-Phone: 426-12345
I would like to forward the 30 emails to someone and have them put them in a spreadsheet. 2-3 of the emails have 2-3 contacts on them, so there may be more than 30 entries. Either way, it is not much. 15 minutes of cut and paste at most.
Since I will be transmitting contact information from 3rd parties, provider must have good references and/or feedback. All records are to be destroyed upon completion of project.
