Screenwriter to help assist/write short film concept

We just finalized the entirety of our pre-writing objectives for a short film drama/sci-fi genre. Locking our themes, characters and conceptual ingredients down. We are a cinematic video production company, and are gearing up to film another film festival short film entry. We wish to hire the most qualified and ambitious talent available to help progress our ideas into traditional script format. These types of projects are quite intensive for our company...so finding the right individual is critical at this phase. Please break the mold and allow us to not only view your past works, but allow us to see who you are as a writer... to help us make sure our chemistry can be compatible on this collaborative endeavor. Our ideal writer, will have to exhibit more of a talent for character development. We are obviously a very creative team of individuals ([login to view URL]), so it's quite easy for us to flesh out location details, prop usage, purpose...and overall theme undercurrent of each scene of this script, but in all transparency we wish to rely on you as a writer to help us perfect our character dialogue and overall organization of content. Again this will be quite the energized collaboration in terms of co-writing objectives. We are very excited to begin. Total duration of script will have to reflect about 15-20 minutes of actual runtime. So that equates to about 20 pages.
