Craigslist Auto Posting Setup and Training

Looking for experienced cl autoposter to train me using clad genius or ??? to be able to post ads in all major cities to include job/tickets/furniture sections. Ideally looking for most affordable and efficient long term solution so that I don't get into alot of ghosting and burning up pva's. I would like to be able to outsource posting also to you or your team I just want to know exactly how to do it so I can beta test some projects then I will let you likely take over. Please let me know what your experience and results have been with craigslist and posting.
