Here are the specs for the developer: 4 to 5 years experience in C++ (STL) (very important that he has good knowledge in C++) Junior level experience in MAPI, ExchangeServer, ExchangeWebServices, Outlook (This is also very important, as they have a focus on Outlook stuff, they need someone with at least some experience in this field) It is very urgent.
