Have various documents that were previously translated by a native speaker but the quality is poor and all need to be re-written.
Using the already translated work as well as the original format should be enough to complete the task to the standard required.
Most important is understanding of the topic...to create content that is easily understandable and expresses the point well.
The project is an ongoing project so we are looking for someone who can work for the long term. Applicant must be native Japanese speaker.

Currently the content appears to be written by a non native speaker and needs to be done again in proper Japanese as well as being able to be understood by all levels of Japanese people..
