Goal: To drive engagement and generate leads through strategic social media management and content marketing, leveraging existing and new digital assets to schedule compelling posts on LinkedIn and Instagram. Convert engagement into actionable leads for coaching, speaking engagements and workshops. Measurable KPI is 8-10 qualified meetings scheduled per week. Weekly Hours: Part-time, up to 8 hours per week Tasks and Responsibilities: Content Marketing Calendar Development: Create and manage a comprehensive content marketing calendar that organizes and schedules posts on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram, utilizing existing posts, digital assets, and video content. Regularly update the calendar to incorporate new content and optimize for engagement. Social Media Management: Schedule and oversee the posting of content according to the marketing calendar. Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and interact with the audience to foster community and enhance brand visibility. (Linkedin content is only in English. YouTube and Instagram are only Spanish but it’s acceptable to use AI tools to convert one language content to another as long as quality can be assured). Lead Generation from Content: Analyze engagement on social media posts to identify potential leads. Develop and implement strategies to convert engagement into meetings for speaking engagements and workshops, including direct outreach to engaged individuals or entities. Content Creation & Optimization: Work with existing digital assets on Canva and Google docs and collaborate on the creation of new content, ensuring all posts are optimized for the target audience and platform specifics. Leverage video assets effectively to enhance engagement. Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly reports on social media performance, engagement rates, and lead generation effectiveness. Use insights to refine the content strategy and improve lead conversion rates. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and content marketing, with a strong understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Experience in lead generation, with the ability to identify and convert content engagement into actionable leads. Understanding and use of CRM tools like Pipedrive to create, update and follow up on leads each week. Strong organizational skills to develop and manage a content marketing calendar effectively. Some creative ability in leveraging digital and video assets to create compelling social media posts. Use Canva to edit, create and share content. Analytical skills to assess content performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and lead conversion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the online community and potential leads.
