Hey there, The project will require adding 3 TXT records to the DNS provider. These records don't impact how the domain resolves, so there is little to no chance of downtime or issues. * DKIM will be generated from Google Workspace; once the record is added, DKIM can be enabled * We can craft the SPF. We would need to add any additional services to your website or domain. uses to send an email (i.e., SendGrid, Mailchimp, etc.). One aspect of the SPF that can be customized is the hard/soft fail. I suggest soft fail, whether emails that do not pass SPF are discarded or delivered to the spam folder. * The DMARC ties everything together and is pretty straightforward. It can be customized, though most mail providers suggest using the most basic record. TXT records added within Cloudflare won't be proxied, so they can be individually queried once added. DNS tools can help verify the records as well. DNS can take time to globally propagate, but Cloudflare is pretty fast. This can be setup within an hour.
