Although this will involve less than an hour of phone support daily, a strong candidate should be adept at managing time and communicating effectively. Skills and Experience: - Strong written and verbal communication in Greek - Knowledge in handling inquiries on physical products - Experience in phone and email support - Exceptional time management skills Do note that though phone support is estimated to be less than 1 hour per day, the capacity to handle more as needed is ideal.
