Requirements: - Outgoing personality, high energy and enthusiasm required. - Understanding of methods to build rapport with sales prospects, including basic humour, understanding of sub-text, and typical English conversational nuance. - Accurate & efficient typing and multitasking skills, a basic understanding of math & accounting as well as computer programs and team management programs such as Telegram, Slack/ Notion/ Discord, Excel/ Google Spreadsheets - Willingness to learn,,, to grow and to listen - Opportunity for multi-year employment - If consistently successful in implementing our sales strategies, there is an opportunity to become a Manager or a Team Leader. Duties & Responsibilities: - Proceed through our in-house training process. - Study training materials, demonstrate and apply our processes and proven sales strategies. - Communicate effectively to sales prospects - Build rapport with them and engage in sales conversations with them. - Upsell and cross-sell various products according to the needs of the customer - Report your activities daily, tracking your hours and sales. Qualifications: - Demonstrated proficiency in English and understanding of Western Culture. - Successful completion of a typing test, achieving minimum expected results. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Fast and consistent Wi-Fi/ internet connection. - Dedicated home office/ workspace - Desire to be part of a young, innovative and entrepreneurial management team.
