Hello Sir, We have been working in the medical domain for long and familiar with the PACS, HIS/RIS development and integration. We are excellent in DICOM, HL7 protocols and IHE integrations. About the development platform, we can develop for Windows (.NET C# or C++) using DICOM libraries like LEADTools (commercial) and DCMTK (Open source) and in JAVA using dcm4che. We can also build a custom PACS using existing open source applications. Please inform if we can work together and we can discuss further. The actual cost can be estimated after the development environment and requirements are fixed. thank you.

.NET Software Engineer Worked on DICOM image Viewer Project and designed DICOM Server which read the dicom file. and read the pacs to display the image in screen.

Por otro lado siempre me he caracterizado por el interés en el aprendizaje y superación académica y profesional y no me esquematizo al trabajo con una u otra tecnología o herramienta en específico; ejemplo de esto es que he trabajado en desarrollo tanto para aplicaciones web como desktop y en diferentes entornos como windows y linux. Soy dinámico en el trabajo y me adapto fácilmente a las necesidades del proyecto en el que me encuentre participando. Tengo capacidad para el trabajo en equipo, además me considero una persona positiva y proactiva en el trabajo. I have involved in the development of Tele Radiology system entire architecture . My work structure concludes 1. Building a system to fetch DICOM images from modality 2. Building Centralized server module using FTP to provide DICOM images remotely . 3. Developed DICOM Image viewer to analyze and report

Relevant experience; -Was consulted by teams, and worked myself to build custom PACS systems -Developed whole product line of DICOM applications, for acquisition, dicomization; storing, processing, viewing, printing, etc. -HL7; ELINCS; RIS/PACS integration, -CCHIT ONC -Other fields of healthcare informatics; Labs, drug interactions, eRx,... -Developed for different platforms, Linux, Mac and windows, web, mobile, embedded My estimation here is for PACS system that can; -Search -store -storage commitment services -for common images.
