I've done several web scrapping projects in the past and I'm very familiar with the idea. Had a look at the data on the website and identified the main problem - You need very specific search terms to get the results. My approach would be to use a database of common names and cities to create search queries and combine the data returned. The deliverable would be a csv file with all relevant properties.
