1. Our current video software is able to decode up to 64 cameras using CPU and connects to IP camera using ONVIF, our private protocol and RTSP. We want to add a support so it decodes using GPU first and then goes to CPU. Source code is in C#/VS2019 and ffmpeg is being used to decode: ([login to view URL])
Right now we to use Intel GPU but in future we may want to add support for other manufactures like NVDIA, etc.
2. We need to add key code with Internet and/or phone activation system so they software doesn’t work unless it has been activated within 7 days. Currently we have no key code or activation system setup. Activation server will be hosted in our office or we can have it hosted at our ISP on our Linux hosting with cPanel.
3. We will need the installation file .exe or .msi

I have much experience (10+ years) in video encoding and decoding. I’m also familiar with .Net FFMPEG library, and have done GPU accelerated decoding with RTSP, ONVIF cameras (written in C#).
Relevant Skills and Experience
As I said, I’m familiar with C#, and have been working on CCTV projects. My project can support decode and show IP cam streams (32/64/128). And this also utilizes GPU acceleration for the decoding.
