Project Description: We need a general anti spyware cleaner or antivirus Suggestions required on which platform to develop this application 1. Database should automatically request update for new definitions. 2. Software should load with admin rights and work with windows xp, vista and windows 7 without any bugs 3. There should not be any copy right issues. 4. Easy Database update panel for Client. We should able to update definitions in database ourselves on regular basis. 5. Clean Complete code should be given and no dll stuff. All Code must be delivered and well documented. We will own all rights to this software. Most importantly is it should be well tested. 1. The software way of detection and removal must be generic so that new spyware/virus definitions can be added in order to support new spyware/virus. 2. Modification of some software is acceptable or open source acceptable. 3. It should not slow down the computers on which it is installed. CPU usage should not be more than 10 % when scan starts 4. The selected freelancer of this project must fix the bugs encountered in the software on windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 / 8 5. The selected freelancer of this project must digitally sign the software with our digital signature. 6. The selected freelancer of this project must be available to continue future updates on the software if required 7. After delivery of the software source and signing of legal contracts assigning the rights to the software to us, we will release the money. 6. Copy right reserves with our Company ******* 7. Complete training on how to update AV - database etc... 8. After install, software should prompt for initial scan, and after initial scan, have a dashboard showing all problems. 9. After scan, the “Fix” button should take user to a payment page.
