[login to view URL] We have a software called Access Manager that collects punch data to a MS SQL Server database from our biometric devices. In the database, you will be required to read the data and interpret it to payroll ready data for ADP. Ideally, the software: 1) Windows based application that is compatible with all version of Windows. 2) Ability to specify database connection information in "Settings" so the software can grab punch data. 3) Ability to display punch data in a presentable user friendly way. e.g by User ID 4) Ability to select which User ID(s) can be exported to ADP format. We recommend that the developer is familiar with ADP formatting.

Dear Sir, I am slightly confused on the last condition that you have put in. Could you tell me what you mean by exporting to ADP format. I, of course, know that ADP is Access Project Files, having worked on few of them in 14 years of my career. So my questions are: 1. Do you want the modification to be done in existing ADP or do you want a new windows application to be created. 2. What exactly is ADP Format. My guess is you have a report or a form inside the Access Manager which allows the user to see and print the results. Is my assumption accurate. I may have other questions once I see the ADP so can you please upload the same somewhere and a dummy database backup so that I can estimate the work and update my bid. It is at the moment, due to lack of details, a placeholder bid. Hoping to hear from you soon. Regards, Abhi
