Error Sending SMS with Arduino & GSM Shield

Fix the error when trying to send SMS: I am using the Arduino Uno platform and Arduino GSM Shield for send SMS message ([login to view URL]) It is using a chip telephony with the country's largest provider in Mexico: Telcel and the initialize library instance in debug mode: GSM gsmAccess(true); But when trying to send SMS, returns the following error codes: AT%13% 0 9>AT%13%%13%%10%OK%13%%10% AT+CGREG?%13% 9 40>AT+CGREG?%13%%13%%10%+CGREG: 0,2%13%%10%%13%%10%OK%13%%10% AT+CGREG?%13% 40 71>AT+CGREG?%13%%13%%10%+CGREG: 0,2%13%%10%%13%%10%OK%13%%10% AT+CGREG?%13% 71 102>AT+CGREG?%13%%13%%10%+CGREG: 0,2%13%%10%%13%%10%OK%13%%10% AT+CGREG?%13% 102 5>AT+CGREG?%13%%13%%10%+CGREG: 0,2%13%%10%%13%%10%OK%13%%10% AT+CGREG?%13% If necessary, you can give remote access to computer and the payment shall be released as soon as the SMS is sent.
