IPhone App Personality Test

I just need to create a simple personality test Iphone App. Basically it will be a series of questions that lead to one of 16 different personality types. So in essence it will be much like a powerpoint slide presentation with 16 different outcomes. Also I would like the user to be able to preview the personality types in a clickable table. Again, essentially a power point slide with many links. I would also like a music mp3 to play when the user reaches the personality profile. I will provide the graphics and the music. This project is not too difficult and the turnaround time should be around 3 days. I would like you to tell me how to edit the text and graphics in Xcode so that I could make updates by myself.
