Build an online 3D Avatar maker web -- 2

Hi, I look for professional to build an online 3D avatar maker web, and it requires to: 1. Select Human face or Animal face i) Head a) Face: Can change face and eyes, have 5 standard color options, can also support to customize the color b) Eyebrow, nose and mouth, have 6 standard options c) Shape of eyes have 8 options d) Hair style have 12 options e) Beard have 5 options f) Accessories: Glasses, 4 options g) Animal face: Tiger, Elephant, Dog, Cat, Cow, Pig, Panda, Sheep, Zombie and Devil face, cannot set a) to e) ii) Body a) Upper body have 12 options, in 2-3 options, the color of the dressing e.g. t-shirt can be changed. b) Lower body have 12 options, include skirt, trousers etc. In 2-3 options, the color of the dressing e.g. trousers can be changed. c) Shoes: 4 options, in 2 options the color can be changed d) Accessories to be hold at their left or right hand, options: Apple, bottle, banana, pan, bear, rabbit, fish, orange, gold, sword, book. During build avatar, the user can zoom in/out, 360 rotate the character to view. 4. The final avatar build is rigged/with bone, can be saved as FBX or Obj file along with its texture images file as zip file. 5. The final avatar file (fbx/obj or zip file (fbx/obj + texture image) able to import to mixamo and run the animation normally/smoothly. 6. The player can upload customized texture (face + body) to the web, and preview. 7. The file size of the completed avatar is required to minimize. 8. The web is feasible/easier to add more options in head, dressing etc. Please show me the similar project or RELATED project you developed before. Thank you
