looking for philipinos for quick task Pay a bill using Gcash etc (time less than 24hr)

Basically all i need is for someone to pay a bill in the Philippines, i will pay you the cost of the bill plus what ever fee for your efforts ------1250php + your fee [login to view URL] I have less than 24hr to do this or ill lose my DFA slot, since im in the US my option are limited for paying thing quickly in the PH the options available to me can not be funned or competed in under 24hr witch is why i have to hire someone to do it for me Back Story: iv been trying for months and months to get a DFA passport appointment slot for my GF I finally got it but the typhoon storm hit I lost communication she is fine but no way of completing the payment part on her end in time
