DESCRIPTION: We are looking for someone who can provide about 2-3 quality relevant links per day. We'll start with a 30-day project of 2 links per day (i.e. $75 for the whole month), and if we're satisfied, we'll go on for a long-term on-going project. All links must be from sites related to Carbon Offsetting, Bio-fuels, Algae, Renewable energy,Bio-diesel,Green Investments, etc. TERMS: - Links should be within related content and with anchor text. - We will provide a list of keywords. - One link per domain, only English Links - Linking page must not have more than 30 existing links per page - All links must be indexed by Googlebot - Linked Page should be navigated from the sites homepage with no more than 3 clicks - Each link must be on a unique domain and unique IP address. - Links must be static - no redirects, scraper or mirror sites, cloaking, or anything banned by Google. - ALL LINKS MUST BE DO FOLLOW (No rel="nofollow" in the link code). - All links must be static, plain, standard <a href> type text links and direct using provided anchor text. No dynamic links. - Link page must already be indexed and RECENTLY cached (within the last 2 months or so) by Google and Yahoo!. - Link page should be only from English language sites only - All Links have to be on pages with minimum PR1! - PR must apply to the link pages, not website home page! WHAT WE DON'T WANT: - No directory listing links - No article submission - No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks - No JavaScript or redirect script - No directories, No relevant discussion boards, No articles sites, No link Farms, NO FFA’s, NO blogs, NO guest books, NO web rings, NO paid sites, NO gambling, NO porn or NO dating sites - No links from social bookmarking sites or from profiles of social sites. - No comment links - No automated submissions, (all links must be manually submitted) - No black hat, Grey hat or shady tactics. - No links from "bad neighborhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on).We don't want porn links, please keep this in mind. DELIVERABLES: – Excel spreadsheet including the following columns and link data: – Date link submitted – Date link accepted – Link URL (the URL of where our link is located) - IP address – Page rank of the link URL – Type of link – Anchor Text THE RULES: (If you cannot meet these requirement, please do not bid) * No negative feedback bidders. * Must be able to provide references and/or show proof of past link projects. * Must provide periodic link building report every 15 days (see above). * We reserve the right to reject any or all backlinks that do not meet requirements. Bidder must agree to replace any links which are removed within 60-90 days of the project. * PAYMENT: We'll pay every time we get the periodic report mentioned above. We'll pay for 50% of the links that appear in the report immediately when we go over the report, and the rest 50% after 30 days, so we can make sure the links are still there.
