Part Time Imperial AutoCAD Architectural Draftsman – Min 5 Yrs Building Project Experienced ONLY Employment Requirements : DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH "ALL" REQUIREMENTS BELOW ESPECIALLY SKILL TEST : Applicant Must have an AutoCad Drafting experience for at least 5 yrs working in Architect's office or worked on Architectural building Projects. Applicant Must know how to work with X-references Extensively. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPLY W/O EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN XREFS. Applicant Must know Paper Space Presentation and Viewports using different scales. Applicant will Required to submit Resume & Work Sample. Applicant need to submit (if possible and more preferable) Complete Sample of Construction Document Drawing set submitted to Building Department for Building Permit Application. The Drawings if possible composed of: SITE PLAN, GENERAL NOTE, CONSTRUCTION PLANS, ELEVATIONS, BUILDING SECTIONS, DETAILS, CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS, ELECTRICAL PLANS, MECHANICAL PLANS, PLUMBING PLANS and OTHER DRAWINGS REQUIRED to acquire Building Permit. Applicant will also asked to submit; Work sample using XREF file attachment application technique, Work sample using Paper Space Layout presentation with Title Block, Work sample using different scales presented in various viewports using different Scaled Drawings. APPLICANT WILL UNDERTAKE SKILL TEST AND WILL GET PAID FOR “”$30.00”” IF PASSED THE LAYOUT OF EXISTING BUILDING CONDITION AND DESIGN TEST STATED BELOW: Applicant will undertake SKILL TEST IN: ARHITECTURAL AUTOCAD DRAFTING TEST USING XREFS, ARCHITECTURAL BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION DESIGN TEST, ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING DETAIL TEST & COMPREHENSION TEST. Applicant will Draw Existing Condition of the Existing Building such as: Site Plan, Floor Plans, Roof Plan, 2-Building Ssctions, & 4-Elevations. Applicant will refer on Pictures and Hand Sketches in Developing & Drawing of Existing Building Conditions. After the Test in Drawing of Existing Building Conditions, Applicant will undertake Design Test to Develop a DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS of Existing Building. References will be given during Test. Applicant will then be hired after PASSING the test & will be given an opportunity to work as per project availabity. The work is "VERY FAST PHASE & TIME PRESSURE". Drawings need to be finished as Fast & Efficient as you can or as required and If possible only by hours. Delay and prolongation of work will get negative result on your salary and will be adjusted accordingly. Please take note that ""THIS IS REQUIRED & VERY IMPORTANT"" Must be able to coordinate work using Yahoo Messenger or Skype voice conferencing using ""MICROPHONE"". Feature like Chat conferencing & “YAHOO DOODLE” will also be used during Drafting of Projects. If you cannot be able to coordinate using these Yahoo features there is """NO NEED TO APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT""". Salary Requirements: SALARY WILL BE NEGOTIABLE & Per Package Layout basis from $20.00 to 150.00 defending on the complexity of the Details, and again based on how you learn to execute my Drawing Techniques and Preparation. The offered salary will only be given to you 100% without any salary deduction if ; You are not making redundant or repetitive mistakes, If you can understand & follow Instructions correctly, if you use your own style of Drafting & Standards instead of the given Style of Drafting & Standards. Salary will also based on your Technical Know How, Your Familiarity with my Project Needs & Requirements, Speed of your Drafting work, Drafting skill, How you follow Instructions correctly and not making repetitive & Redundant mistakes, If you Do not make mistake twice, If you have good determination & evaluation of project needs & requirements.
