Convert Floorplan into AutoCAD format

I have a floorplan in a PDF file that I need transposed to AutoCAD. All dimensions must be called out properly and elevation markers must be made for main walls of most rooms. Elevations of all walls called out must be created so that I can print and enter all information to finalize elevations later. I will need dwg files of and PDF files to scale to print as well.
