Infrastructure technical drawings and calculations

We need for our project modeling, calculation and remodeling of our internal infrastructure. We need expertise on water supply and storage, deep wells, artificial lakes, sewage, underground electra, road works and volumes calculations. we are planning for 7 km of road and a couple of hundred holiday houses (with swimming pools) and supporting facilities such as a social club. Water supply is ground water and seasonal rain water, potable water is not needed. We want to reuse water for irrigation and use the sewage to produce fertilizers. The houses are generally self supporting in electra use so we need merely backup energy and street lightning (led with solar). Measurement of energy use needs to be done centrally at the main gate due to legal requirements. Some knowledge of telemetry is therefore preferred.
