Setup an IVR on our Yeastar phone system. We already have a full IVR plan + diagram as well as have all the voice recording for all messages in dual language (Eng and French). We need someone who has the experience in setting a complete IVR system with queues, voice mails, menus etc while considering 4 different phone lines and about 40 phone extensions. The requirement is that you will setup the complete system and then with your guidance our in-house IT team will integrate the IVR on our Yeastar s50 PBX. Please find attached a project summary overview. Full documentation, including a detailed IVR plan with all voice recording and others will be provided to the freelancer allocated for this project. We will allocate the project to the best freelancer / offer, by 15th January and we will need the project completed by 31st January.

Hello, I should inform you that Asterik has no Visual Designer for designing an IVR such as what Twilio does with its Twilio Studio, so all IVR navigation should be programmed under PHP-AGI or any other Asterisk AGI programming support. So, the code should cover all those flows and bind to the pre-determined dialplan. Let me know if you OK with that. Or you could consider another PBX system which presents the visual designer tools such as Twilio, 3CX, etc. Let me know 'Khamid

I have checked the attached document and according to it there is 7 groups and you have divided into 5 ringing groups, have you already setup the ring groups and configured the extension accordingly.
