Simple ASP.NET Image Portfolio Website - No Design/CSS Work Needed!

I need help building a piece of an image portfolio website. This needs to be in ASP.NET(VB.NET)/MSSQL, but I do not need ANY design/logo work or hosting. The final result can be on a plain white background with no styles or CSS - I'm more concerned about the functionality than the design. I will do all of the logos/design/CSS myself. I will also be hosting the SQL database, and can give you the access you need to stub-in the database there. Attached are samples for the database ([login to view URL]) and screen shots of the web pages ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]). The images on the thumbnail page will need to be filtered in some way by Status and Category. The images on the thumbnail page lead to the detail page (click-through). The images will have various categories and statuses, as outlined in the Excel file. I need to be able to show all "Cowboy" images as well as only "Available" "Cowboy" images. I need your help in deciding on drop-downs or dynamic checkboxes/radio buttons to filter the whole list of images. The number of Statuses and Categories is dynamic. I'll need all of the original source code to make edits. I'd like to have this complete within one week. Feel free to use existing templates and ask any questions in the Project Clarification Board.
