Specify or Develop a data transformation tool that will let you take your production data and then randomize it for publication on development projects. The user should have the ability to specify columns to transform such as name, address, phone, financial data and the application will change first names to other first names and last names to other last names, change address numbers, street names, states, and countries to other names that are meaningful in the same context and change other columns related by foreign keys. Financial data should be randomized as well. These are very common features for data transformation applications. You should have the ability to complete this request based on the examples provided and the files attached and knowledge of what typical asp data transformation do. Specific technical specifications are not available. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in a software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
