Asp.net catalog search and comparer site

Need WWW site - products/price search & comparer. Site will contain 5 main different pages [first 2 are 99% same] with search and compare functionality WITHOUT administration pages. Administration functionality is handled with our software. We also deliver page design. Need coder with skills: Senior ASP.NET, C#, Visual studio 2008, LINQ, AJAX, Javascript for this job. Wanted functionality: Advanced search, partialy live search in grid [filter row], data presented in AJAX grid with sorting and paging (prefered made by you version of grid), view images (max 5 per product) in modern AJAX form, simple javascript main menu, user login with timeout, capcha new user protection, price and product comparer, price monitor, simple posts to products (few lines review) [no forum only simple comments], ratings for basic product with stars images + basic price history graph + tooltip bubble for editboxs + very basic site functionality like send emails etc. Need also tune site for speed + database tables (Index & fulltext search) for fastest search. Anticipating profesional work with code comments. During development we anticipate strong SKYPE communication and daily monitoring progress.
