Implement text detection (NOT recognition, just the detection + bounding boxes) as outlined in this paper: [login to view URL]~vgg/publications/2016/Jaderberg16/[login to view URL] The paper uses CNNs to detect text and afterwards read it. We need the text to be detected so it can be then read through a phone. Frameworks used are Torch or Pytorch.

Dear Employer, I have worked extensively with CNNs and I believe I will be able to take up and complete this task in a period of 15 days. I understand that the text is isolated first and then it is passed through a CNN for recognition. I think that my experience in building Neural Networks will be of great use here.
