SEO Expert in Link Building - (Vans101)

I am currently seeking an SEO expert to find me 50 quality PR4 or higher one-way links to related category websites only. These links should meet the following criteria: Links must be a PR4 or higher All links must be Do-follow with no rel=nofollow links in the HTML Record each link pointing to us with different IP addresses Page must have been cached by google over the last 1 week. There must be no more than 20 outbound links on the linking page One link per domain. English language web sites only. No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects) Links from .gov's and .edu's are acceptable and appreciated when relevant Links should be related to our industry or niche Links must be from different domains, ip addresses, and c blocks All links should be free and not paid for All links should be manually obtained do not use a submission software or service Links to gambling, pornography, religious, political or other spam, black listed or unrelated sites will not be accepted and will result in the termination of this agreement without further pay. No link farms, directory sites, blackhat websites, etc Links from sites already linking to our site will not be counted Link pages should be static All links must be indexable and may not contain page restrictions You must provide12-months guarantee of all links submitted We understand that you can not always guarantee that links will stay live on someone else's site for a full year. However, if a link that you provided a 12 month guarantee on should go down before a year you will be responsible to replace it with a new link.* Basically don't try to trick or cheat the system. We want real links ## Deliverables Also all links are to be delivered in the following xls format: 1. Site url 2. Link url 3. IP Address, 4. Google Ranking 5. The page you have linked it to on our site Individuals or companies interested in bidding should provide a brief outline of the steps you would take to complete this task. 8 links each week will be posted each week. For example, Week 1 - 8 links Day 1 - 2 links Day 2 - 1 link Day 3 - 2 links Day 4 - 1 link Day 5 - 2 links _________________ Total - 8 links Then week 2, 3 and 4 would be the same as week 1 Payment: 1. 50% of the Payment will be made only after all 20 links have been placed and verified 2. If a link is rejected you will be required to replace it with an acceptable link. We are reasonable people, if you follow the criteria then the chances of us rejecting one of your links in slim but may still happen. Deliverables: 1) All work delivered must be original and absolutely not violate any copyright. Service Provider must agree to indemnify Buyer and take full responsibility for any costs of any copyright infringement action including damages and attorney's fees should they occur. This should be no problem if your work is original. 2) Service Provider agrees to keep the nature of his / her writing assignments and the fact that the content will be published under the name of the Buyer strictly confidential. 3) All work shall be delivered to the Buyer in individual xls files as the links have been completed, and shall be spell checked, and fact checked. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Seller will assign and Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 5) All work must start within (3) business days of award, and must be completed at a minimum rate of (20) acceptable links within (30) U.S. business days after the start date. To be clear on this point you will be expected to have e-mailed (1) complete link list and analysis before 11:59 PM CST on the 30th U.S. business day after being awarded the job.
