Magento sites coding-Urgently

I am looking forward for receive proposals from Magento experts. I have several magento projects ready to be awarded.I need the sites to be coded in Magento E-commerce website. I will provide you designs of site (HTMl sliced ) and PSD files (if u need).You have to take care of coding part . One of the important part is importing products in magento.I would need you to let me know how will you handle the uploading/importing of products in bulk with magento system. The complete details will be sent to shortlisted coders. I will have some more projects for selected team if this one goes well. To start with,I will need the selected coder to do one site first.I have several sites of similar type. Only coders having expertise in Magento and looking for a long term business relationship are requested to submit their proposals. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
