491649 Custom Clone Not Stolen

I want a page like this designed: [login to view URL] I don't want any of it STOLEN, custom coded. When you click on the package, I need that information stuff, however I DONT want the payment stuff! All this just needs to be sent to me in an email. On the user side it needs to just say "Thank you, We will get back to you shortly. Thanks for your business." Everything should be the same as theirs, however I don't do the 10% crap they have on thier buttons. The rest is the same. Again, this needs to look pretty close, probably a little nicer, with more color, not so boring and gray. $20-50 for this page coded (custom not stolen!) and working on all browsers need the header part, middle, and footer. I will if its good, have you build a generic page for the rest of the site. Cheers Need this done ASAP!
