Dear Freelancers, We are a small production company and we wish to submit a proposition. We have a budget of 6000 USD for a children's cartoon in 2D or 3D animation that lasts 20 minutes (300 USD per minute). I would like to know if you could arrange for such a service to be delivered before the 26th of December 2012. Should our venture be successful, we would secure 29 similar contracts in the near future. We provide the characters, the script and 30 illustrations. This shall be the pilot of a 30 episode series. P.S. We would like to know what sort of quality 300 USD per minute can provide before we go further. If you could show a link for a portfolio that gives us an idea that would be much appreciated.
