Full Service Advertising Agency with Strong Understanding of SEO Website Growth

I posted this project a while back, however, we got tied up on another project and several things have changed about the project. First we launched NEW (Stiletto) theme on Shopify plus and for some reason, our SEO is trending down. We spent weeks doing all of the meta tags and the correct characters letters but also know that google changes their requirements about the same time. I am now looking for a FULL-SERVICE agency with a proven track record and understanding of all things shopify and advertising. This includes google ad spend, meta and tik tok? First and foremost, we MUST get our pixel tracking correctly on FB. We have hired multiple freelancers, and somewhere in the code, the pixel is not tracking correctly from FB to Shopify. We cannot spend ad dollars without proper tracking. We do not know if one or more of the apps that are installed on shopify are working against each other and causing these issues? I am wondering if there are any FB and Instagram/ google ad agencies willing to do a commissioned based management for payment. I want someone who is confident enough in their skills that they are willing to work off commission structure. We have plenty of content, but I am tired of agencies over promising and under delivering. We have plenty of ad budget - and are willing to pay a 5-10% commission on sales.
