I need a letter of explanation for the mortgage underwriter. Letter has to be in the correct from: saying: The property was rented prior to when i moved in Feb 2014 after i got married. And that i lived with my parents at the Whitcomb place address prior to moving into the house. i also have to send bills to the underwriter but the bills are late due to the tenant taking them from my mail box and not having them paid on time.. when i took over the gas and electricity on my name he had passed due balanced that he had not paid and took my bills by mistake..I have paid all of the bills that are due and have zero balanced on them.. i neeed all thi stated in the letter of explanation.. if you have questions contact me through chat.
