Deliver a High Converting Sales Page w/ Images Written for Clickbank

Hello, I need a Clickbank Sales page written and place in a template with formatting and graphics. I will need it delivered in html ready format so I can install on it my website. The purpose will be to sell an Ebook on my website and through Clickbank. Subject of the Ebook is a method for making money online.
I would need someone with experience in sales writing who can show examples of similar sales pages they've written and designed before.
It doesn't need to drag on forever, just needs to look nice and be able to convince visitors to buy my product for $49. A pre-used template is ok, so with that and about a page-long sales letter, the job would be complete.
