Custom Report for Outlook Calendars

Hello, We have a small training center with 5 or 6 shared calendars in Outlook. Many times clients schedule with more than one person. However, we have found no way to print all of a clients upcoming appointments on one sheet. We have Exchange 2003 We are running Outlook 2007 on the receptionist's computer where the schedules are printed. Each of our people has sharing turned on for their calendar and the Reception desk can open/modify all the shared calendars. The procedure so far has been to use the search function in the Calendar to find the client. However the search function only works on the calendar that is selected. What we need is a search function that will return all appointments, across all shared calendars, for the persons name entered in the search. Thanks, -John
