We are currently seeking an experiance Data Entry Specialist that can receive information from a weekly pdf source and can accurately and quickly integrate it into our CRM database. These documents would be updated weekly.
Here's what you need to know. Your responsibilities:
- Receive a monthly list of data to be entered into database
- Enter the data provide into a provided template
- be able to work with images and text
- Deliver requested document within 48 hours to our office via email
- Ensure the accuracy of both data input and output
- Update the document weekly based on new data provided Your
qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry
- Willingness to take feedback and adapt to requests
- Ability to pay close attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skills
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- The drive, flexibility and passion to work independently and thrive in a remote
work environment
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
- Please mention any additional proficiencies you may have as they will be considered
