This is a law firm. We need someone to work virtually to get call clients and assist them with completion of forms. This position is being filled immediately. We are hiring for several different positions in light of the rapid expansion of our Beverly Hills, California law office.

I have worked 4 years at a law firm doing the duties of a Receptionist, Office Attendant, Legal Clerk and Personal Assistant, 2 years at a Cable, Internet and Phone company (Comcast) as a Customer Account Executive and I have been a Freelancer for the past year and five months doing Data Entry, Transcribing, Telemarketing and Phone support. From selling cellular phones, offering a rate reduction in a company's monthly phone bill, selling remodeling/construction services to selling a tennat computerized system. All using ZOIPER and X-lite dialers. Also have used SKYPE to make calls.

Hi Team, Project management, sales and marketing narrows down my work experiences and training to date. In the customer service related field, I have conducted multinational company appraisals in the form of a mystery shopper in order to accurately report on the "customer experience" and the level of competency of the employees providing this experience based on their training. This alone should give you a good idea how much i value providing a remarkable customer experience. More recently, I've set appointments for a wholesale real estate company in the US. I previously conducted outbound calling for a Canadian company, generating live transfer leads who conform to my company's prerequisites for a mortgage refinance loan application. I have recently worked as a Team Leader for an outbound call center here in the Philippines. One of the campaign that I have handled was a business listing over the Internet wherein we are calling small - medium businesses and persuading them to have their businesses be advertised on the Internet / website. As a Team Leader my job is to close sales and have the customers sign up. But before I became a Team Leader, I dialed for various outbound campaigns (hard selling such as DISH NETWORK and lead generation / appointment setting campaign for B2B like AT&T high speed internet and phoneline campaigns). And I can say that I am very good at this and successful as well. And I believe my skills will be ideal for your project.
