Hello Folks: We are an Internet-based, E-commerce group of companies specializing in SCUBA, snorkel, and beach, and hardcase equipment. We are seeking a person with sales experience to nurture our client base. We are an extremely customer-centric organization, and attention to detail and client satisfaction is our foundation. Note: There is no cold calling. But don’t be fooled, not just anybody can do this position. If you are a used car salesman/saleswoman, impatient, prone to hard sell; this is not the position for you. You must be able to make the human connection, have listening skills that will allow you to make powerful suggestions, as well as make the customers problem your own-and genuinely work to fix it. You must know how to qualify the customer and build value. You will receive incoming calls as well as make outbound calls. Each call is still a sales call and you will be selling yourself, the adventure that the product offers and the brand K2. As an experienced salesperson, you should already know what we mean by that. The incoming calls are routed through our HQ, and answering service. The answering service will then send a text and an email. So this position requires that you be available as much as possible to return incoming calls, which come in during business hours. You will not be required to take every call and can have your off time, but the more calls taken the better. That prospect needs to be contacted as soon as possible. The right candidate will be excellent with people and really have a great understanding of what motivates people to act. Any type of sales related experience would be helpful but not necessary. English needs to be your first language or your English needs to be almost perfect with almost no accent. However there is no limit to the number of hours you can work. We are seeking a person with sales experience to nurture our client base. But don’t be fooled, not just anybody can do this position. If you are a used car salesman/saleswoman, impatient, prone to hard sell; this is not the position for you. You must be able to make the human connection, have listening skills that will allow you to make powerful suggestions, as well as make the customers problem your own-and genuinely work to fix it. Pay is $5/hr plus up to 10% commission on upsold product. If performing up to par, you should make about $30 to $40 per hour on average. The last young lady in this position made $50,000/year. There are semi fixed hours. You simply take as many calls as you can when they come in and make as many outgoing calls as you can at various times (whatever it takes to reach our customer-base).
