I am interested to do web based in php mysql I have some experience in accounting software and report transaction debit credit fiscal year etc

I will make you browser-based software. it won't necessarily require internet connection if you dont want it to be web-based. the benifit of it will be that anyone will be able to edit it, not just me, unlike an .exe file. Will evaluate your needs once we discuss the project, i will suggest things that you might need but you wouldn't have mentioned in the excel sheet. payment would be 50% of 100% completion, meaning when first time i complete everything needed. Sure you will need some changing according to your taste once done. No limit for revisions. everything is possible in software so no excuse. Rest of the payment once we have concluded the project as closed after various revisions.
