You only have to pay if I succed. I can use some speech processing software to decrypt your audio. Maybe some background info would help me to focus on the words spoken.

I have over 20 years of audio experience, I can help solve this problem. I do not know exactly how long can lead but not more than 3 days as proposed. I can solve the same day and resend the job. So I can make sure when you receive the material, but I have enough experience to be able to say that the fazeri everything possible in order to get the most possible understandable.

Using the latest audio software, filtering, EQ and noise reduction, I can reduce the background to expose whatever voice print is on the file. I have a fully equipped audio studio, using Adobe Audition, Sony, and others. Ideally, the file should be uncompressed, not mp3. I will transfer the compressed file to .wav and work on that. It won't remove the compression, but it will eliminate any further degradation of the audio whilst exposing the speech. My bid may be higher than others, but I am BBC trained and have worked in restricted environments on this kind of project.
