Recently I have been invited to several coworking (<[url removed, login to view]> ) places and to several (business) networking meetings in my city, and I'm currently negotiating several projects.
I have done a lot of projects in vWorker as a programmer and manager (you can see my worker profile here: [[url removed, login to view]][1] ), and I currently need to team with a designer.
I'm looking for somebody who:
* Is reliable and good communicator.
* Who can make clean, easy to follow, tableless xhtml1.1 / html5 designs with zero validation errors.
* Is versatile and can work with several design styles, but especially with avant-garde and social-focused ones.
* Can SEO the sites (not required but recommendable).
* Speaks Spanish (not completely necessary, but recommendable).
If I manage to get into these networks on my city, I can guarantee a continuous flow of very interesting (startups and so) and reasonably well paid work.
Currently I'm negotiating two projects and I need samples of design work. Unfortunately the bulk of my work it's on the backend. So if you are interested:

## Deliverables
1/ Send me 3 links to sites you have previously done as designer. The sites must validate with zero or just minor errors at [url removed, login to view] . Please tell me the prices you would quote just for the design of these sites (psd + all needed xhtml templates + help for code integration). Preferably the sites should be have some interesting backend (eg. a social network, an online shop, an architecture company?).
You can also send 3 designs in png or similar format so I can better see your style.
2/ Answer the following questions:
a) Spanish language level.
b) Are you just a designer or do you also provide programming services?
c) Why do you think we can do a good team?
d) Do you know what refers in contemporary philosophy/sociology the term "horizontalidad/horizontality"? (Don't worry if you can't answer this).
e) Which are your working hours and how much do you take to answer an email in them?

Work will be done via vWorker using pay for deliverables. I will post all the details if the customers like your portfolio and I can get an agreement.
