This project is geared specifically towards coders who have derivatives experience, specifically equity options. I have a spreadsheet that I use to calculate option values. The spreadsheet uses a third party add-in to calulate the option values. I want to migrate from the spreadsheet to a standalone application. The add-in may be able to be used in the app but I prefer to have the coder imbed a new option model into the app.
The app will then have a connection to a third party platform to export the values via DOM. (I have the documentation).
The project is much more specific but I wanted to give you the basics and I think that if you don't have any derivatives experience this may be a difficult project to explain.
Thanks,
Larry
