There was a huge sense on insecurity with avion technology. very bad time management Parts of the website were done in a fast unprofessional manner to just get done with it rather than doing it properly. Many times they keep saying that parts of the website "are not in contract and this would require extra payment while IT WAS IN CONTRACT" when showed to them they did it. They are not in the US, they are in india. On the other hand person working on the project "shailendra" was a hard worker. Although there was many mistakes in his work that HIS project manager should have looked upon but didn't, when we told him about his mistakes he did them. I would not work with avion technology again. They can't take big projects, small projects in enough for them, they don't have what it takes for corporate customer handing projects. As a client they should understand that them delivering working functions of the website is there responsibility. It is unprofessional to keep handing a website or parts of the website as complete while it is not or it is not working and claim it is done. Please (management) refer to the messages history and read. That forms a climate of insecurity that you will hand a lousy project and just looking forward to get done rather than giving a good sound project. I am not looking forward for this comment to be public posted rather than it would be delivered to the owners for them to solve the time management problem they have and the project quality supervising positions they have. There were a few minor miscommunications during the process (language barrier?) - but nothing that wasn't easily overcome. Sam was a great project manager, and the team was quick and eager to respond to any and all revisions I put forth. Very happy with experience and result. Will work with Avion again in the coming weeks to re-design my website. Thanks for a very positive experience!
