Data Base in Thai and English

Hi, I need a data base fixed so we can enter Thai and English and call up the page so we can see both. Work Need a form where we can enter the fields in both English and Thai, and a page where we can call up the users details. The problem we are having in the Thai is getting stored in the data base like “พธฑรีพพ&?? instead of seeing the real Thai. Attached is a copy of the data base.
