Customised Affiliate shoppingcart

I need a system that tracks affiliates via a promo code as well as a standard web link. Each product should have its own seperate commision level. The affiliate should recieve commisions for the life of the customer, without needing to add the promo code or rely on a cookie each [login to view URL] only software I have found that has this ability is www.ashopsoftware.com. The only problem with Ashop is the lack of easy customer [login to view URL] affiliate section will need to include a automatically generated link for web based referrals, an auto generated code as a unique promo affiliate code. The promo code system needs to be able to give variable discounts on selected items or have the choice of discounting all items. Products are both physical and digital and so digital delivery options would be needed. Other additions that would be good to include, or add overtime include: 1. Up-sell/Cross sell linked items to auto generate recommended additional purchases 2. Stock control fields (quantity/due date etc) 3. Auto responder for new customers 4. PDF Catalogue generator (to automatically turn the online database into a printable catalogue 5. Mailing facilities to send newsletters/updates to customers. 6. Ability to auto send separate drop ship orders to different suppliers from the same order. 7. Secure ‘credit card wallet’ for repeat customers 8. Gift Voucher system If you could give me time/cost estimates for the project and the above points I would be most grateful. The quote I need is a total cost, if separate module are priced individually then a clear pricing is be supplied. No ‘hidden’ later costs of buying other software etc. Please make it clear which of the above 8 points, if any, are included in the quoted price. Open source code may be adapted to keep costs low.
