Business Relationship

I am looking for a web designer to complement my work. I design websites and do the sales as well. What I want is someone who would do the design and I just focus on getting clients of various sizes to the business. The designer should be familiar with Joomla CMS 1.5 and can create websites that suits: 1- Corporate look Customers 2- Fun look customers The designer should also be fantastic in creating graphics and animations when needed. This is an on going relationship and a good command of the English language is a must. When you bid on this project you need to provide a CV for you and anyone working with you. Also you need to provide your best work as well as your worst work. Finally, submit your project proposal as follows: 1- Basic Joomla 1.5 Template Design 2- Advanced Joomla 1.5 Template Design 3- Price per 2 pages added to the created website template 4- Price per 5 pages added to the created website template 5- Price per 10 pages added to the created website template 6- Price per additional page added to the created website template If this relationship gets stated then you should be ready for expanding this relationship to software development using web technology in order to provide business with large scale business automation projects. This will be discussed later. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
