This should be a? simple? application for an experienced PHP programmer.
I want a simple PHP based? web "crawler"? that will extract articles from a set of given article directories (eg. [[login to view URL]][1], [[login to view URL]][2] etc).
I want the article title (not page title), and article body extracted and placed into a MYSQL table.
I also want the "crawler" to visit these article directories on a regular basis (say once a day), and only new articles (articles not already in database) are to be added to the database.
