The project is to develop a web based software to manage a business in which you sell products, subscriptions consist of various products and enter into contracts with other companies.
Is not required e-commerce platform. In the attached file are some of the necessary fields in the system.

The software will manage the following entities:
1) for each person and company in the system: information such as name, surname, address ... and billing information as VAT number, company name ...
2) subscriptions composed of various products previously entered into the system
3) contracts with other companies consist of a series of products and machineries
4) payments, invoices and delivery notes. For invoices are more payment methods
5) Commissions for Sales, bonuses
6) appointments of the commercial
7) product warehouse and machine availability calendar
